The former Super Eagles goalkeeper has dismissed the Super Eagles gaffer’s claims to have reached out to him and not replying his calls
Lille goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama has hit out to Nigeria’s head coach Gernot Rohr for claiming to have called him numerous times and not replying when he was faced with goalkeeping headache.
Enyeama who called up his time with the Super Eagles in October 2015 after a mix up with coach Sunday Oliseh expressed his displeasure in the comments made by the German tactician.
The 34-year-old said Rohr never got in contact with him when he was in need of his service for the World Cup qualifiers against Algeria after Ikeme was sidelined due to an injury and tagged his comments as ‘lies’.
“Why do pple take pleasure in lies just bcos Enyeama is mentioned @Cybereagles the coach never got me on phone,so I wonder why he said that,” Enyeama tweeted.
