Two gay men have been arrested while allegedly having ‘s3x’ at a graveyard in Kano metropolis.
The suspects were caught on Monday red-handed at the cemetery in Gwale Local Government Area by some youths.
The residents, who were obviously angered by the desecration of the cemetery, manhandled the suspects and nearly lynched them before they were rescued by the police, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Magaji Musa Majia, said the suspected hom0s3xuals were currently in the custody of the command.
Gay among young girls and young men is becoming rampant in Kano, which is blamed on excessive drug abuse in the state.
More girls are said to be involved in Les.bianism in the state.
