A man has been beaten to coma for killing his lover’s child over N20 theft in Aba
The man identified as Amandianaeze, was beaten to coma for killing the last born of his lover for allegedly stealing his mom’s N20 and using it to buy biscuit in Agbaravo by Omuma Rd, Aba, Abia State.
It was gathered that the money was stolen yesterday and the boy was reprimanded, but Eze resumed beating him today and hit his head against a wall, leading to his instant death.
Upon confirming his death, neighbours descended on Eze and beat him till he lost consciousness. They also tried setting him ablaze but they only got kerosene.
However, before they could get petrol, police had arrived the scene to take the deceased and Eze away.
The suspect is said to have been staying with the mom of the deceased for over 2 years, but they are not married.
