A Nigerian man has threatened wike in a viral video, saying, “Wike, go and write your will.”
A man named, @GeneralSnow_, has taken to his X handle to threaten the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, warning him to “go and write your will” if he attempts to rig the 2027 general election.
The statement was made in a post on X following Wike’s declaration that President Bola Tinubu would secure a massive electoral victory in the FCT during the 2027 presidential election.
“Nyesom Wike, go and write your will. If you try to rig our election, we will k!|| you,” the X user wrote.
The statement came after Wike dismissed the idea of targeting only 25 per cent of votes for Tinubu in the FCT, insisting that his political mobilisation would deliver much more support for the president.
Go and Write Your Will
In a report published on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, The Punch reported that Wike expressed confidence in Tinubu’s chances, citing the infrastructure projects that the administration has embarked on, the security improvements and engagements with traditional rulers and other stakeholders across the territory.
Wike Speaks on Tinubu’s 2027 Election Chances
Wike, who spoke during a media parley in Abuja, said the administration’s projects and engagement with residents would strengthen support for Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
Reacting to suggestions that he was targeting only the minimum electoral requirement for the president, the FCT minister said, “How do you look at me? Coordinator of FCT, and I am looking for 25 per cent? That must be a joke.”
The minister also said former senators, former members of the National Assembly and former area council chairmen had joined efforts to support the administration, regardless of their political affiliations.
Wike maintained that his administration had taken governance closer to residents through infrastructure development and consultations with traditional rulers and community leaders.
Threat Against Wike Follows Electoral Victory Claim
The threat against Wike followed his confidence that Tinubu would receive substantial electoral support in the FCT in 2027.
In his post, @GeneralSnow_ warned Wike against any attempt to manipulate the election, saying , “Nyesom Wike, go and write your will. If you try to rig our election, we will k!|| you.”
Meanwhile, the statement has generated a lot of reactions from the commentators.
“@GovWike it’s either you die during this election or you go to jail for all your crimes! One will surely come to pass,” sais @NigeriaRes2009
Another X @FGSTUDIOS, said “Like will think Nigerians are playing until he sees himself and family in the run, properties bvrnt and the whole country abl@ze because of their nonsense. Enough is Enough.”
However, not everyone agrees with the post. For example, @Beatifulgift noted that, “No matter how frustrated or angry you are, you need to be mindful of what you say. Freedom of speech exists, but freedom from the consequences of your words is not guaranteed.
“You can’t just come out and openly threaten to kill someone simply because you’re upset,” she added.

Meanwhile, Fearless Minister Wike Warns ahead of 2027 election; the FCT Minister says he’ll be the first casualty if Tinubu loses to Atiku or Peter Obi. Here’s what he said.Follow Politics
Nyesom Wike did not tiptoe around it. Sitting in front of journalists in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, the FCT Minister said it straight — if Tinubu loses the 2027 presidential election, whether to Atiku Abubakar or Peter Obi, he already knows he will be the first person they come for. He said his support for Tinubu has been too loud, too visible, and too consistent for anyone to pretend they have not noticed.
That kind of loyalty in Nigerian politics earns you something — and according to Wike, what it has earned him is a list of people waiting for the right moment. He also used that same session to go after the Imo and Kwara governors directly, accusing both of turning their backs on him after he went out of his way to shield them politically. Fearless Minister Wike Warns
Anyone who has watched Wike operate over the years knows the man does not save his words for hallways and backrooms. He says things in full rooms, on camera, with his chest out. So Wednesday’s declaration did not feel like a man panicking — it felt like someone who sat down, stared at the situation clearly, and chose to say out loud what most people in his position would only whisper to their closest allies.
