Actress Lizzy Anjorin: Lagos High Court Grants Interim Order Over Min0r

Lizzy Anjorin barred by Lagos High Court from sharing photos and content featuring Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s child, Master Rakeem Mkambala.

The High Court of Lagos State has issued an interim injunction restraining actress Elizabeth Aishat Ibukun Anjorin Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing or broadcasting pictures and editorials concerning Priscilla Ojo, her husband Juma Jux, and their infant son Rakeem Mkambala across all social media platforms. Justice Yetunde Adesola Adesanya gave the ruling following an ex-parte application filed by the Mkambala family seeking immediate judicial protection for their child.

A high-profile feud in the entertainment space has now shifted firmly into the judicial arena after a Lagos State High Court sitting in Igbosere stepped in to restrain controversial Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin from uploading any material concerning the family of lifestyle influencer Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala.

The court intervention follows weeks of rising tension online after Lizzy Anjorin launched series of harsh social media broadcasts targeting Priscilla and her mother, veteran actress Iyabo Ojo. The legal application, registered as Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026, was filed on behalf of Mrs. Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, her Tanzanian musician husband Mr. Juma Mussa Mkambala (popularly known as Juma Jux), and their young child, Master Rakeem Mkambala.

Presiding Judge Justice Yetunde Adesola Adesanya granted the interim orders after listening to legal arguments from O. I. Salami Esq., who represented the claimants. The judge explicitly ordered Lizzy Anjorin, along with her agents, privies, employees, or representatives, to immediately refrain from publishing, circulating, posting, or broadcasting any photos of the minor, Rakeem Mkambala, on any of her social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.Lizzy Anjorin

Court documents specifically listed several of the actress’s known business and personal handles affected by the order, including her main Instagram accounts and her business pages such as Yeyemesho Luxury Fabrics. The order also mandates a total ban on posting commentary, editorials, or direct accusations against the Mkambala couple on those platforms, pending the formal hearing and determination of the main Motion on Notice.Lizzy Anjorin

Papers officially signed by Legal Registrar Omokhudu-Umahoin Onivenu on September 2, 2026, show that the case file is already back at the High Court Registry for proper re-assignment. Lawyers following the matter have made one thing plain: ignoring a direct court injunction like this is playing with fire, and Lizzy Anjorin risks facing heavy contempt of court penalties if she slips up.Lizzy Anjorin

Meanwhile; Patience Ozokwo causes heated debate across social media after declaring that shielding children from hardship is a destructive parenting mistake.

Patience Ozokwo did not come to make anyone comfortable. She sat down, opened her mouth, and said the kind of thing that lands differently depending on which side of parenthood you are standing on. Her point was not complicated — let your children face difficulty.

Not because pain is something to hand a child like a gift, but because wrapping them in so much cotton wool that nothing can ever touch them is, by her own words, the surest way to ruin them.

That one landed in people’s chests and stayed there. Since she said it, the conversation has not stopped — timelines, comment sections, family WhatsApp groups with sixty members who never agree on anything, all of them suddenly very loud about this particular topic.

The split is real. Older parents and people who had to scratch and fight for every single thing they have today are largely nodding.  Continue reading here
