Job Description
The Programs Manager/Pedagogist will be responsible for overall planning and implementation of a comprehensive program designed to promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive as well as language and creative development of all children.
This includes children enrolled in daycare, infant and toddler care, school age care, preschool and children requiring extra support.
This will be done in accordance with provincial regulations and philosophy, policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and in collaboration with staff and the Executive Administrator.

The right candidate will have an easy disposition with an enthusiasm for and knowledge of a variety of educational methods and best practices in the early childhood education field.
Experience in managing and supporting staff and children directly in a hands-on setting is optimal.
This is a non-union position in a union setting.
ECE or CYC credentials preferred
Starting wage is $22.00 per hour
30 to 35 hours per week
